During my business trip, I had a cozy stay. the rooms were clean and modern, the bed was comfy, and there were nice little extras. the natural light streaming in during the day was a bonus, and the staff were extremely friendly! 😊.

The property was excellent with attentive and efficient staff with awesome service, I appreciated the stay🙂

All in all everything was very good, had a pleasant stay for a business trip. The location was convenient and handy for us - walking distance to restaurants and bars. There was a nice restaurant, a market and local supermarkets next door.

Convenient location! It's so close to the city center, a supermarket, and lots of great places to grab a bite 🍔.

Well-maintained units with comfortable bed. A great selection of fab food. Good and perfect location short walk to long promenade, restaurants, supermarkets, waterfront, and the festival.

Beautifully presented room.....required minimal heating even though a cool night.....like the Lockwood ambience.....close to supemarket..very pleasant host...

Its a little noisy with morning traffic coming into town...

Fantastic place!! We've stayed in loads of motels all over NZ and this has got to be one of the best, not the usual bog standard bed cover and fittings, and lots of little luxuries you usually associate with a hotel. Highly recommended.

Very comfortable and clean with excellent facilities, easy parking. Great pressure in the shower. Warm and very nice breakfast!

Ease of access to the town center, ease of check-in and ability to park right next to the unit, but most of all the unit was large, absolutely spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you could need.
